Welcome to our events calendar. Below you will find all upcoming Wise & Well events that are eligible for registration. Scroll through our events and click on “Register” to sign up. Most events are free, some have a small fee attached. Also, be sure to choose whether you will attend in-person, or virtually.
When registering for an event with a cost, you will be taken to a secure transaction page where you can choose the PayPal payment method, or standard Credit Card. Cardio Zone Fitness Class

Small group equipment class!
Are you looking to increase your aerobic fitness? Do you miss using the equipment at the gym? Are you looking for a challenge to your current routine? If so, join us in the Cardio Zone. During each class, you will rotate through the various pieces of equipment in the fitness room working at set heart rates and intensities with strength and core exercises between each cardio station. You must be able to safely ride an exercise bike, walk on the treadmill, and use the Arc Trainer (elliptical) machines for at least 10 minutes at a time and complete up to 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity. Medical clearance, fitness screening and approval by a Wise & Well Fitness Professional are required before participation. Class maximum: 5. This is a Live only event.
